Engr. Nnanna C. Ukaegbu,PMP®, MBA is a project management consultant with Project Expertise with over 11 years of project management experince. He is the Project Coordinator, for the Largest Onshore Gas treatment facility of Nigeria Agip Oil Company Limited on the Ob/Ob Gas Plant Trains 4,5 and 6 EPC contract-driving human, cost, materials and activities for the project realisation. He was the Project Coordinator, for the Largest Onshore Oil treatment facility of Nigeria Agip Oil Company Limited on the Eboha Oil Centre Revamping Phase 2 EPC contract-driving human, cost, materials and activities for the project realisation. Over one year experience as an Interface/Interdisciplinary Lead, for the Largest Onshore Oil facility of Nigeria Agip Oil Company Limited on the Eboha Oil Centre Revamping Phase 2 EPC contract. Over five years experience with liaison with Joint venture partners on issues of cash calls, Budgeting and performance evaluation and reports, Technical Committees meeting attendance, Operating meeting attendance, Steering committees meeting attendance and eventual participation in the drafting of the JV-IOCs template for the implementation of Master Procurement Plan for the Nigerian Content. Over 5 years experience as a planner/cost controller in a strongly organised company covering: Tracking of Project activities and Monitoring progress through Cost/Resource loading and S-curves on Value of Work Done (VOWD), preparation of Periodic Reports, Development of Work Break Down Structure (WBS), compiling and issuing plans and schedule, analyzing results of work measurement system against planned as often as necessary; revising the construction schedule to record job execution progress; and where required make a reschedule to meet recovery plan. Initiate and coordinate regular progress review meetings. Prepare and issue regular progress reports as contractually stipulated. Nnanna is a certified Project Management Professional and a memeber of Project Management Institute, USA.
Ulohomuno Eze Afieroho. MBA, PMP® is a project management consultant with Project Expertise with over seven years experience in multi-diciplined facilities design planning and implementation across the Telecom & Public sector. Eze previously held a project management role in Starcomms PLC facilities department where he successfully managed Starcomms aggressive retail centers expansion program and corporate/technical facilities development program(project totaling in excess of N600 million). As a project coordinator in Servetek Engineering, he was responsible for managing a $10million Ericsson/Vmobile(noe Zain) project, building over 58 BTS sites. A graduate of Civil Engineering and an MBA graduate from the University of Benin, Nigeria. A certified PMP and Prince2 Practioner. His article on project managemnt has appeared in PMP Passport, ESI Horizon and Project & Profit Magazine. His current research is on Knowledge Management in project environment and Project Portfolio Management.
Chizoba Onuorah, is the Project Coordinator of Project Expertise and leads our Business Development Unit with strong marketing and management skill. She studied Public Administration at the University of Nigeria. An active member of Project Management Institute, USA and a member of the Sales and Marketing Specific Interest Group. Prior to joining Project Expertise, Chizoba worked with a recognized Project Management consulting firm as a project coordinator and team member in the business development unit.
